Kieran Foley

SVP Operations

Kieran has over 15 years of experience across a range of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Food and in Third Level Education. Kieran was awarded a B.Sc Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland and he was subsequently awarded a Masters of Business Studies from his alma mater. He has worked as Group HR Manager, HR Director at multi- and single-site, unionised and non-union operations, the largest of which employed over 1,200 people with facilities in Ireland, USA and Malaysia. Kieran brings to AI practical experience and expertise in areas including Organisational Design, Leadership Development and Coaching, HR Strategy and Employee Development and Administration. Kieran has been instrumental in driving the organisational transformation of AI over recent years. He has implemented major process and structural changes within the Operations group of AI and he continues the development and execution of the company’s organisational development strategies. Kieran joined AI in 2005 and he is responsible for all supply chain activities within the organisation. He is based in AI's Asia Region HQ in Shenzhen, China.
