Maurice McLernon

Maurice Mc Lernon has been involved in industry over 30 years, and particularly active within the Shannon region of Ireland. During that period he has owned and managed several companies, from chemical/ pharmaceutical to electronic sub contractors. As Chairman of Supply Network Shannon (SNS) from 1999 to 2008 he was instrumental in developing a network of sub supply companies in the Shannon Region in the Midwest of Ireland that work together. The many initiatives the network was involved included Supply Chain Development, Environmental and Marketing. SNS is also associated with several European programmes including Leonardo and Co Desnet. Maurice currently holds the position of Non Executive Director of Advanced Innovations Limited. He has been involved with the company since it inception and has added greatly to the development of the company ensuring the current levels of growth are maintained.

Maurice moved to the UK in 2006 and has been involved in the development of his own company Fairlie McKenzie International.(FMI) FMI are one of the UK’s leading event managers for the Educational sector. FMI works with government and corporate education sector organisations. The company has organised high profile national award ceremonies such as the STAR AWARDS since 2007 and works closely with its partnerships developing the established business levels year on year.
